Administrative guidelines and templates

The goal of the Marathon of Hope Cancer Centre Network (MOHCCN) is to accelerate the adoption of precision medicine for cancer patients through the creation of a pan-Canadian Network of designated Cancer Centres. The Network supports the unification of top-tier cancer researchers and clinicians and the sharing of data, the development and validation of exciting new technologies and the delivery of the best outcomes for every cancer patient in Canada, no matter where they live.

Gold Cohort Projects

Consortium Level Report 

This report is to be completed by Project Managers to report consortium-level progress. It should be submitted to mohreporting@tfri.ca twice a year at the following dates:

  • Mid report (April 1 – September 30): October 31
  • Final report (October 1 – March 31): April 30

Cohort Level Report 

This report is to be completed by Institutions under an RPGA for the generation of Gold Cohort cases. It should be submitted to mohreporting@tfri.ca twice a year at the following dates:

  • Mid report (April 1 – September 30): October 31
  • Final report (October 1 – March 31): April 30

Pan-Canadian Project Report 

This report is to be completed by Institutions under an RPGA for the generation of Gold Cohort cases in a Pan-Canadian project. One report should be submitted per project and it should be submitted to mohreporting@tfri.ca twice a year at the following dates:

  • Mid report (April 1 – September 30): October 31
  • Final report (October 1 – March 31): April 30

Your project will receive a Pan-Can Scientific Reporting template for this period with your project information pre-populated. Templates will be distributed by October 1st, 2024.

Other (Non-Case) Projects

Project Report 

This report sheet is to be completed by Institutions under an RPGA for non-case generating projects. It should be submitted to mohreporting@tfri.ca twice a year at the following dates:

  • Mid report (April 1 – September 30): October 31
  • Final report (October 1 – March 31): April 30
